Open Gym is an opportunity for our athletes to have access to the facility and the equipment under coaches supervision, it is not a private lesson for your individual athlete.

Dress Code:

T-shirt and shorts that you can move easily in and tennis shoes. Academy Apparel and appropriate cheer attire is available through our pro shop!
